Delivery of the Trailer
Send us a map of where you would like your trailer sited.
Please ensure you have thought where you would like the shower trailer located before we arrive. Ideally it should be on a level, surface near to all the required services of water, electric and drainage. It would be a great help if you could send us a map of where you would like your shower trailer situated. We allow 45 minutes to site and set up your Trailer. We aim to deliver Trailers on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before your event, and collect on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, unless specified on the hire contract. Unfortunately we cannot specify times but can give you an approximate am or pm the day before.
Ensure the site has clear access at all times
Please ensure access to the site is suitable and maintained during and after your event. The area should be flat, level and not waterlogged. Low hanging branches could damage the Trailer and your trees. Our drivers are under your instruction when entering your site, please be aware our delivery lorries are large and will need adequate turning areas.
Ensure a sufficient power and water is available on delivery
We like to test all our trailers are working correctly before we leave site. For us to do this power and water should be available, power needs to be a 13 amp socket or if a generator then 6 kva would be suitable. Power should not be shared, with another unit or appliances as this could cause the electric supply to overload and trip the RCD, causing a breakdown. If power is not available please ask us for instructions on how to set the unit up correctly, however we will not be liable if the trailer is not connected correctly and subsequently breaks down. We can arrange an engineer to come back out but this is chargeable and subject to availability. We can supply RCD extension leads for hire on request however these are 15 metres long so please ensure the plug socket is within this distance. Trailers must always have an electric and water supply when in use.
Ensure sufficient water is available on delivery
The trailer will need to be connected to a sufficient water supply, with a minimum of 1 bar water pressure to power the shower. A soak-away, drainage or waste tanks must be supplied to dispose of the gray water waste. We can supply waste tanks and waste disposal for your event, just give us a call on 01256 384 134 or ask your account manager.
Ensure you have booked in any additional services or additional consumables.
We can supply ad-hoc or regular servicing and cleans to your shower trailer, this should be booked in advance, to avoid disappointment.
Provide us with current site contact details
We will send you a text message stating when your delivery has been scheduled in. Please supply us with the name and current mobile number of the person taking delivery, if mobile reception is poor then a backup mobile number is also useful.
Ensure you are happy with the trailer delivery
When our driver arrives he will set up your trailer ready for use. This includes checking the trailer is in working order and clean a. He will then ask you to check the trailer and sign the mobile app. The driver will then show you how the unit operates and hand over the keys. We recommend the trailer is locked until needed.
Collection of the Trailer
Ensure clear access is available to collect and keys and steps are left with the unit
We will arrange to collect the Trailer the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If no one is on site please ensure there is access and the key is left in a safe place. If we are unable to collect due to no access then the Trailer will remain on hire and will invoiced at the weekly hire rate. Please ensure gas bottles, steps and bins are with the trailer since these will be charged for if not returned. All trailers are checked for damage and excessive cleaning charges when they are returned to our yard if any applies you will be emailed within 7 days.

For peace of mind and out of office hours our engineers are only a phone call away please ring the office on 0800 999 1988 and please ensure you leave a message (with your name number and event venue) this recording is emailed to the out of hours team who will call you back.
They will try and talk through any issues you have. However if we attend site and the fault is that of the user i.e. blockages, power outage or water/consumables needing replenishment then the visit is chargeable.
