Want to support small, independent businesses? Check out Small Business Saturday UK on the 2nd December 2017!
Small Business Saturday is a non profit campaign which promotes, inspires and supports small businesses. With Christmas on the horizon, Small Business Saturday encourages shoppers to shop locally using the hashtag #ShopSmall. The campaign is held on the 2nd December 2017 in the UK, a week after it is celebrated in the US.
We hope that Small Business Saturday inspires and encourages people to support small businesses in some way. In 2016, research after the day suggested that consumers spent £717m with small businesses on Small Business Saturday, an increase of 15% on 2015 spending. Lets see how well we can do this year!
